Every athlete is different. Coaching begins by understanding the athlete via our consultation process. In this, we assess movement and training experience, and build a plan around sport, goals, schedule, and current needs.

What ages do you work with?
We work with athletes from middle school through collegiate levels, as well as active adults who want to maintain long-term capability and strength.

What sports do you support?
Our approach is sport-specific. We support swimmers, water-polo athletes, and all other competitive athletes in Santa Barbara and beyond.

How often should an athlete train?
Training frequency varies by level. High school and collegiate athletes typically train 3-4 days per week, while middle-school athletes may train 2-3 days to build habits.

Does lifting experience matter?
Experience is beneficial, but not required. We provide technical instruction for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, focusing on movement quality.
