A lifelong lover of movement
Justin English is a surfer, swimmer, strength and conditioning coach, and founder of Unbroken Health & Fitness in Santa Barbara.
The Story
Growing up in Ventura, Justin’s life was defined by the water... surfing, swimming, and thriving in team sports. This passion led him to competitive water polo, but his playing career took a turn in college when a major shoulder injury required extensive surgery. It was through the grueling rehabilitation process that Justin discovered his true purpose. He changed his major from Pre-Med to Sports Psychology and Exercise Science. He returned to his collegiate water polo team as captain two years after the surgery, and led his team to its most successful season in the teams history at that time. This journey further solidified Justin's passion to help others become mentally and physically stronger through intelligent exercise, mindful movement, and precise programming. For Justin, its so much more than a career, its a calling.
