In 1:1 Coaching, you will work with Justin remotely to reach your fitness goals through a personalized program. After reviewing your goals, exercise history, injuries, and nutrition, Justin will design a detailed plan delivered via Google Docs. This Google document delivered program will look like the images shown above. The program features periodized phases for power, strength, and recovery, a progress-tracking page for your goals such as one-rep maxes and aerobic achievements, and daily workout pages with notes and video links for each exercise. Structured programming, nutrition advice, constant checkins, periodization and progressive overload will lead you to your goals!

Each program is crafted by Justin, a collegiate strength and conditioning coach with an M.S. in Exercise Science and decades of experience coaching water polo, swimming, and athletic performance.
