Calling all water polo players! If you’re looking for a summer strength training plan, you’ve found it! I’ve coached the highest level of club water polo for the last 7 years and combined that experience with my M.S. in Exercise Science. I’ve created a comprehensive strength training program for you built with water polo in mind! Here are a few highlights of this program;

 

-Everything is aquatics specific. Using this program, you will get faster in the pool and become a better water polo player.

 

-I, a collegiate swim and water polo strength and conditioning coach, built this program. This means that with this program, you will be training exactly how you will be expected to train in college strength and conditioning! 

 

-This program has ‘deload’ or rest periods built in when you have Future Finals and JOs! This program is built to help you peak during those times. 

 

-This program also includes 20+ pages of information on supplementation, nutrition, and recovery! All were created with science-backed research. 
 

-This program has already been successful! I have run this program with my collegiate swimmers, and they have seen massive success! They all saw huge changes in their swim times, front squat, deadlift, max jump, and pull-up ability.
